Gmail has a new Labs feature ”Video chat enhancements.” This feature brings new enhancements to its video chat service.
To enable “Video chat enhancements,” go to the Gmail Labs tab under Settings and Enable “Video chat enhancements.”
Once this feature is enabled, users will be able to see higher resolution video and better quality videos in their Chats.
For this to work, both you and the person you’re chatting with will need to have the lab feature enabled. Gmail Labs team also promises more enhances to be rolled out in future.
