Sony Ericsson has officially unveiled the next generation 2011 Xperia smartphone, named as Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc.

Xperia Arc running on the latest Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system features an ultra slim design, measuring just 8.7mm at its thinnest part and has an extra wide 4.2” capacitive multi-touch Reality Display with Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine. Furthermore, Sony’s award-winning Exmor R for mobile sensor with the f/2.4 lens enables capture of high quality, bright pictures and 720p HD videos even in low light.
