ClipCase

ClipCase is a small portable utility that can quickly convert clipboard text content to uppercase and lowercase using only keyboard shortcuts. It can do case conversion for both UNICODE and ASCII clipboard data.

It’s quite simple to use ClipCase. Download and extract the contents of the zip file to a folder on your computer. Then launch the app by double-clicking on “ClipCase.exe” and continue with your normal work while ClipCase sits silently in the system tray and waiting for your command.

To perform text conversion, copy text using the normal Ctrl + C hotkey from any document or website. Now before pasting, to convert all copied text to uppercase press Ctrl + Shift + U key combination and then paste wherever you want using the regular Ctrl + V hotkey. Similarly, to convert clipboard text to lowercase press Ctrl + Shift + L key combination first and then paste using Ctrl + V.

It doesn’t have any configuration options, so you cannot change the hotkey combiantions even if it conflicts with any other application on your computer. If at any time you wish to view the hotkey combos, just right-click on its system tray icon and then click “Show” option to display its user interface window.

ClipCase is a freeware and works on both 32-bit and 64-bit versions of all Windows. (via)
