Ever since French artist Alexandre Oudin ‘hacked’ his new look Facebook Profile to a rather brilliant and innovative effect, there has been a craze in the community with thousands of people creating their own creative profiles. So why should you stick with a boring old Facebook picture?
Here’s a new web app that helps you to re-create the design without any need of editing or Photoshop skills.
Simply visit ProfileGen, choose an image and upload it. The uploaded image will be automatically divided into exact sizes required for the ‘hack’ and made available for you to download. If the smaller pictures does not appear correctly, it can be easily aligned by selecting the drop down menu above the pictures.
When you are happy with the look, download all images to your computer and go to your Facebook profile. First upload “ProfileGen.com-Make-Profile-Picture.jpg” and make it your profile picture. As for the smaller pictures, upload them next and make sure you upload and tag them in the correct sequence.
That’s it! Your stunning new portrait is now complete. Capture a screenshot and head over to Awesome Profile Hacks Page and show it to the world.
